Is it safe to join this website with a credit card?

When you join this website we will pass you over to one of the biggest, most secure online billing companies to process the transaction. Do you use DRM or other restrictions on your videos?

No. We tried using DRM a few years ago as a method of preventing pirates stealing our videos and selling them on DVD but too many members complained that it was causing technical problems and prevented them from downloading.

Can I download the videos or are they streamed?

All videos are available for you to download and keep; they will continue to work even after your membership has been cancelled.

What format are your videos in?

Our videos use Microsoft Media Player (WMV) and are captured at 720x576, 2000kbps. This is high enough resolution to allow full-screen playback. Microsoft Media Player is available for both PCs and Macs.

Where is your company located?
